Quest Locked
About half the Cinna Blooms spawn inside of the Mount Hothead temples. The temples are locked until the quest "Enraging Ruins" is unlocked with Retsuko at friendship level 7.
Spawn Locations
We estimate 7-8 spawn daily at Mount Hothead. Cinna Blooms are found around the mountain base, temple entrances and inside the temples.
